Every scenario has 7 stems. Three are visible — what the system sees, the environment, the social context. Two are invisible — the human state and the history before this moment. One is the Gimon — the question the system should ask before acting. One is the Consequence — both branches of what happens next. The invisible stems are written from lived experience. The machine cannot generate them.
